Yellow is one of the first ever Mermaid songs to have been created and it means a lot to us because it was the first song that had fully come together, so when we got the opportunity to work with Alexander Paul Grippo, bassist for Frank Iero And The Patience, it was pretty amazing!
Alex created his own original guitar part for the song and we absolutely loved it and think you will too!
His talent speaks for itself - Alex is in an awesome band called Science and he has a rad fucking solo album which you need to check out!
